Paybond pricing

Transparent subscriptions for Paybond software. Sales-led only where it should be.

Harbor and Kit subscriptions run on self-serve monthly plans up to Business. Team and Business publish overage above their included caps, while Enterprise and Signal stay contract-led when onboarding or deployment scope becomes custom.

Pricing overview

Self-serve Paybond commercial plans, Enterprise floor pricing, and Signal licensing.

Harbor and Kit subscriptions

Commit to a Paybond subscription to use Harbor settlement, Paybond Kit SDKs, and public Signal reads. Each self-serve tier publishes explicit monthly capacity, and Team and Business also publish the overage rates that apply above the included cap.

Free

Try Paybond in a sandbox tenant.

Best for

Evaluation and prototypes

Multi-product operations

$499

per month

Overage above cap: $0.03 / extra intent + 0.30% settled volume above cap

For teams running several agent flows. Audit exports, dispute workflows, higher monthly capacity for multi-product operations, and published overage above the included cap.

  • Up to 10,000 intents per month
  • Up to $250,000 settled volume per month
  • Overage above cap: $0.03 per extra intent + 0.30% settled volume

  • Audited support-session access

Business

Production controls with SSO and policy workflows.

Best for

Scale and controls

$2,999

per month

Overage above cap: $0.02 / extra intent + 0.25% settled volume above cap

For production teams that need tenant SSO where configured, audit exports, managed policy workflows, and published overage above the included cap. Formal compliance programs and custom deployment terms still go through Enterprise conversations.

  • Up to 100,000 intents per month
  • Up to $2.5M settled volume per month
  • Overage above cap: $0.02 per extra intent + 0.25% settled volume
  • SSO and tenant roles where configured
  • Managed policy registry workflows
  • Audited support-session access

Enterprise

Contracted rollout, review, and custom terms.

Best for

Custom contracts

Starts at $8,000

per month, custom contract

For teams that need a sales-led rollout and contract-managed pricing beyond the self-serve tiers. No self-serve.

  • Everything in Business plan features
  • No fixed catalog caps
  • Audited support-session access
  • Custom volume pricing

Use public signup for Free, Starter, Team, and Business. Enterprise is intentionally sales-led. Read the plan selection guide.

Important: Paybond subscriptions are priced for Paybond software and data products. Harbor’s Stripe Connect settlement between your tenants and their counterparties is a separate runtime concern and is not billed as Paybond pricing.

What’s included, by plan

Every capability below is enforced by the gateway or Harbor. If a plan says it isn’t included, the runtime will reject it — the UI does not decide access.

Enterprise pricing

Enterprise is a real plan, not a hidden discount. It exists for teams that need a sales-led rollout or contract-managed pricing we cannot express through a checkout page.

Floor pricing

Starts at $8,000

per month, custom contract

Pricing scales with committed intent volume, settled volume, and support scope. Custom overage and rollout terms are negotiated in the contract. We publish the floor so buyers can size a conversation before calling us.

  • Sales-led rollout planning for teams that cannot buy from a self-serve page.
  • Deployment requirements reviewed case by case instead of advertised as a standard SKU.
  • Contract-specific overage, volume discounts, and intent caps that replace published self-serve limits.
  • Named onboarding contact and agreed escalation channel for the pilot.
  • Current security and operations materials from the shipped product surface: audit export mechanics, threat model, and runbooks where relevant.

Signal data licensing

Paybond Signal is operator-bound reputation data. Licensing is contract-led because use, scope, retention, and audience all need to be explicit — not a button on a pricing page.

Insurers and underwriters

Insurer / underwriter

Operator-bound rollups for loss-ratio modelling on agent commerce. Delivered with signed envelopes and versioned score-model cards.

  • Signed Signal operator scores for agreed model versions
  • Operator-bound event rollups for underwriting cohorts
  • Score-model governance notes and rate-of-change guardrails

Auditors and regulators

Auditor / regulator

Regulator-facing packages: selective disclosure on provenance, fixed-scope read credentials, and coordinated audit windows.

  • Selective-disclosure provenance snapshots
  • Time-bounded read credentials with rotation cadence
  • Reviewer-only operational notebooks and contact points

Brokers and partner networks

Broker / partner

Operator-verification feeds for network placement and counterparty checks. No derivative licensing without consent.

  • Operator verification feed (signed, per-query)
  • Counterparty rollups scoped to a partner network
  • Contractual guardrails against derivative distribution

Request access to Signal

Signal licenses are never self-serve. We need to understand your use case, the operator population in scope, and your compliance posture before sharing envelopes or score-model cards.

Pricing philosophy

Short answers to the questions we get most often from procurement, finance, and engineering on the same call.

Why do you publish a floor for Enterprise instead of 'Contact us'?
A floor lets procurement size the conversation honestly. Enterprise still requires a contract because rollout scope, support posture, and pricing terms are negotiated per pilot. If your need is below the floor, one of the self-serve plans probably fits.
Are SOC 1, SOC 2, or similar third-party attestations included with Business or Enterprise?
Standard plans are not sold with SOC 1, SOC 2, or similar certification bundles, and we do not imply attestations we have not actually provided. For practical diligence, we support tenant-scoped audit exports, written security materials, and deeper pilot-scoped security reviews when a closer look is appropriate.
Is Paybond pricing the same as Harbor settlement?
No. Paybond pricing is for Paybond software and data products — subscription access to Harbor escrow, Paybond Kit, public Signal, and the operator console. Harbor’s Stripe Connect settlement flow between your tenants and their counterparties is a runtime concern, handled by the gateway and Harbor on your behalf. It is not billed as Paybond pricing.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
No. There is no per-seat or per-agent line on any Paybond plan. You pay a subscription for Paybond access and the published plan caps tell you what monthly capacity is included before you deploy.
What happens if I hit my monthly cap?
Free and Starter stay fixed-cap. Team and Business can run above the included cap and Stripe bills the published overage rates on the excess. If you need contract-managed limits, rollout support, or custom economics, talk to sales about Enterprise.
Can I subscribe to Signal as a standalone API product?
Not in v1. There is no self-serve Signal-only subscription you can buy alongside Harbor and Kit. Broader Signal access—full-dump feeds, operator rollups, and underwriter-oriented packages—stays contract-led because audience, confidentiality, and data scope need to be set explicitly. What every Harbor and Kit tier already includes is public Signal reads: the signed operator scores Harbor uses in normal settlement flows, so you are not asked to pay again for that baseline read path.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
Self-serve is monthly-only in v1. Annual commitments and volume discounts are available through an Enterprise contract. We do not discount self-serve tiers to avoid a shadow-price list; what’s on this page is what self-serve customers pay.
Why isn’t pricing purely usage-based?
Paybond is a settlement and provenance service, not a metered API toy. Charging only per intent pressures the product toward cutting safety work; a subscription funds the predictable operator platform, audit surfaces, and support posture customers expect in production.
